Know Before You Play at 333ji

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 333ji at 333ji.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

333ji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account at 333ji, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration
• Not be self-excluded from online gaming platforms or subject to any restriction that prevents lawful participation
• Not already hold another active 333ji account

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you discover a duplicate account was created accidentally, contact our support team immediately.

333ji performs identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued identification document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333ji login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. 333ji will never contact you to ask for your password.

We strongly recommend enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication on your account. All sessions are protected by SSL encryption. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

333ji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if a breach occurs due to a fault on our side, we will investigate and take corrective action.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on 333ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The amounts you see in your account are the actual PHP amounts involved.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming transactions at 333ji. This policy applies to all deposit channels without exception.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the Withdrawal page.

333ji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds will not be released to third-party accounts. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

5 Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

333ji offers sports betting, live casino, and online slot games. Each product category is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to gameplay and bet settlement.

For sports betting, bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as recognised by the governing body of that sport. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, 333ji's settlement rules for that market type apply. Live in-play bets that are placed after an event outcome has already been determined will be voided.

For casino games and slots, outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game round, 333ji will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the affected transaction.

• Bets placed in error due to clearly incorrect odds may be voided at 333ji's discretion
• Maximum payout limits per event or game session may apply
• 333ji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason
• PBA, NBA, and other basketball markets follow standard settling rules for regulation time unless stated otherwise

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333ji platform. Any account found to be engaged in these activities may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage in games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable law
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform systems

333ji actively monitors for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and associated funds may be temporarily held pending the outcome.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

333ji may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives from time to time. When a promotion is available, its specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions — will be published alongside the promotion itself.

General principles that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play and may be withdrawn if abuse is detected

• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If closure is at 333ji's initiative without cause on your part, your verified balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333ji is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Decisions made based on information displayed on third-party sources

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of 333ji.

333ji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may notify registered account holders via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any update, you may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
